The Concrete Jungle

Tracy Bregman, the innocent girl friend of a drug smuggler, is nabbed at an airport with a load of cocaine and sent up the river, where she is at the mercy of Jill St. John, the warden, and Barbara Luna, a lesbian murderess. Though this is a run-of-the-mill women-in-prison movie, Bregman makes a convincing transition from sweet young thing to hardened survivor. The highlight of the film is a prison-yard melee that turns into a mud-wrestling free-for-all.
