Come Back Charleston Blue

When prominent New York photographer De Anda proclaims that he wants to rid Harlem of drugs, no one except reigning drug king Glanville realizes that he is merely scouting out the territory for himself. De Anda blames a series of murders on the ghost of Charleston Blue, a depression-era gangster; and the local drug dealers, being a superstitious lot, become frightened and avoid any illegal activity, giving De Anda a clear path. Onto the scene come New York detectives Cambridge and St. Jacques, who use their super-cool approach to stop both De Anda and Glanville.
