When his aunt wills him the deed to a girl's college, Oakie leaves Broadway to introduce some classes in crooning and hoofing into the school curriculum. When funding becomes a problem, the eccentric and wealthy Penner decides to become the show-biz school's principal backer. Lightweight romp through academia lacking in spirit and charm.
