Convincing herself that she needs to "experience life" to be a true artist, young painter Daniels compromises her virtue with a near-stranger, jeopardizing her relationship with kind-hearted Scott. Ridiculous tear-jerker that fails to truly explore the nature of its naive, confused heroine. Scott, in an early performance, displays the beauty of calm, restrained screen acting.
