Williams is a Chicago fireman who has an accident, collects big from the insurance company, and moves to a Caribbean Island where he falls in love with Twiggy. Williams gets involved with Cliff, who owns this little place that needs some money to fix it up, and the two become partners. They turn the place into a tacky version of Club Med.
