1936, Movie, NR, 92 mins

Tauber is a famous clown who kills his wife and her soldier lover in a fit of jealousy. The film did quite well in England when it came out, thanks to the novelty of its color sequences at the beginning and end. Mostly a curiosity today. leave a comment

There are laughs and there are...

There are laughs and there are laughs. Larry walking into the sushi place to loud greetings of "Chicken Teriyaki Boy"? That's a laugh. But Larry's father watching porn so loud it could be heard throughout the whole front hall of the nursing home? That's a laugh. I mean, I'm giggling as I type this. His sweet, old dad with those giant glasses, saying "What? I can't hear it." Truly a classic moment, and one that can be shown only on pay-cable.
