Preston and Sellars, both working for British intelligence during WW II, marry and plan for a happy life in London. Their plans, however, are shattered when a hit-and-run car kills Sellars. His world shattered, Preston becomes unhinged and sets out to get back at the driver and passengers of the car that destroyed his beloved.
