One of those drug films that came out by the dozens in the early 1970s. Although it professes to be anti-drug, it wallows in the drug environment and provides training for future abusers. The film centers around Tom Stern, a Vietnam vet forced to aid narcotics agent Savalas in the latter's hunt for drug king Vaughn. Plot relies heavily on violence. leave a comment
