Both leads return for this sequel to CLAUDIA, the film that introduced McGuire to the movies. She is still the lovable but air-headed wife who can't make up her mind about anything and might starve to death trying to decide what to have for lunch. They have a young son now (Sydes), and when a bogus seer tells Young he will have an accident if he goes west, problems erupt. Sydes gets sick, and McGuire quickly suspects a fatal disease, only to discover it's measles. Astor seeks Young's advice for some building matters, but Claudia gets terribly jealous, and Sutton, a handsome married man, starts putting moves on McGuire, all of which confuses the already addled woman...
