Remnants of the "Dead End Kids" have been grouped under the name "East Side Kids" in this film. The gang, headed by Gorcey and sidekick Hall, is threatened by a rival gang. However, the real story revolves around Gorcey and a rich uncle from Texas. Though Gorcey is an only child, his mother convinces the uncle that she has seven children. When Gorcey's uncle visits, Gorcey recruits the whole gang to impersonate his siblings. The uncle discovers the deception, but when the gang saves him and his daughter from kidnapers, all is forgiven. leave a comment
