City Limits

Humorous byplay abounds in this story about a railroad president and a reporter on the trail of a good story. The reporter infiltrates the inner council of Craven, the railroad president, who is ill, by pretending to be a doctor's assistant. Craven decides to roll away on his private train to escape the pressures of the office. He meets two hoboes, the reporter meets Craven's daughter, and the old man returns from the train ride in time to hand the reporter a scoop and save the railroad.
