When Bulgarian dignitaries approach entertainment reporter Roberts (Gary Daniels) with a top-secret assignment, it's not exactly an offer he can't refuse, but when he learns that he's been recommended by his best friend Charlie Venco (Richard Clarkin), a specialist in blood disorders, he reconsiders.
