A Texas girl with a mind of her own takes in the New York scene in this amusing tale. Bari gets a job as a newspaper reporter in New York with the aim of getting her boy friend, Woods, who runs a large gambling operation, to come back to Texas with her. She goes to the casino to gather facts for a story, then tips off the police who raid the joint putting her boy friend out of business. Broke, Woods agrees to settle down. leave a comment
