Mathews is the only one who knows where the treasure is--the sunken city of Port Royal--and he persuades Quinn to double-cross Ryan and take the diving job himself. Ryan finds out about this in time and hires out to Stepanek, trying to beat Quinn to the gold. Mathews and Quinn get to the scene just in time to see Ryan go down. The mutual double-cross is forgotten when Quinn rescues Ryan who becomes trapped underwater by an earthquake. leave a comment
