This is the last film in the poisonous SCATTERGOOD BAINES series, and RKO brass changed the title from SCATTERGOOD SWINGS IT to CINDERELLA SWINGS IT to get people to see it. No title change could hide that this was a poorly made film in the same Scattergood tradition. This time, Scattergood (Kibbee) is promoting struggling young singer Warren.
