Brooks and Lloyd meet and fall in love, each lying to the other about his or her occupation. Lloyd claims to be an oil baron and Brooks pretends to be a famous nightclub singer. Eventually, he does become a business tycoon and she a Broadway star. Dumb Poverty Row musical has some nice
music performed by Russ Morgan and His Orchestra, but little else. Songs: "It's All In The Mind," "The More We Get Together," "How Can You Tell?" "They Won't Let Me Sing," "Honeymoon On A Dime" (Doris Fisher, Allan Roberts).
