Radio personality Syd Walker stars as a junk dealer who gives fatherly advice to a young girl, Gillie, when she falls in love with spineless criminal Chamberlain. Gillie tries to get Chamberlain to go straight, but his period of reform is cut short when he gets caught robbing a bank.
