Hall is a young hot rodder who steals a set of hub caps for his dragster. Emboldened by his success, he organizes his friends into a car theft ring called "The Choppers." Insurance investigator Brown looks into the sudden rash of thefts. Another piece of bad cinema from Hall, Sr., who made at least six other low-budget exploitation pieces featuring the dubious acting talents and even more dubious singing talents of Hall, Jr. leave a comment
