Bain's ailing security systems company is going down the drain, and a young electronics genius, Eure, comes up with C.H.O.M.P.S., which is short for Canine Home Protection System. His invention is a robot dog, powerful and vicious when activated, that he hopes will stop a crime wave and help him win Bain's daughter, Bertinelli.
