A U.S. naval intelligence mission late in WW II is the focal point for CHINA VENTURE. O'Brien plays a tough marine captain well versed in jungle warfare. Sullivan plays a tenderfoot naval officer. The two are on a mission to kidnap a Japanese admiral, Ahn, from the China coast for questioning by top intelligence brass.
