The title "street" humorists make their way around Los Angeles, looking for a plot which doesn't exist, bumping into mindless types--including Paul Reubens (pre-Pee-Wee Herman) as a shabby stand-up comic and Edie McClurg as a rich spinster--until they run out of characters and the film mercifully ends.
