The stock footage at Sebring overshadows the lame plot about a wealthy playboy auto racer and his alcoholic wife, who would like to see him dead. She convinces a rookie driver to do the dirty work. After a major pile-up in which her husband is killed and the rookie loses his legs, the scheming wife tries to pull the rookie from his burning car. In the process she is disfigured.
