A stage-struck Vermont girl wants to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a great stage star, but her first appearance on the Great White Way turns into a giant fiasco. All is not lost, however, when love enters the picture, quenching the thirst for fame. Good performances and good comedy save a weak story that takes much of its impetus from MORNING GLORY. leave a comment
