Cummings hires on as chauffeur to racketeer Cochran, unaware of his boss's seamy life style and total disregard for the lives of others. One of Cochran's favorite little fun things is racing trains to close calls at railroad crossings by operating a second set of controls from the back seat of his limo. Cummings and mobster's wife Morgan decide to escape and make plans to flee to Havana.
