Toler, in his first appearance as Chan, uncovers murder aboard a ship anchored at Honolulu. He orders the boat held until the crime is solved, giving the passengers a few extra days of intrigue. Measures up to previous technical efforts to complement an interesting story, but the
direction and script are lackluster.
