A pretty sick exploitation drama featuring the Hilton sisters--real Siamese twins who had appeared in Tod Browning's FREAKS in 1932--as a set of inseparable twins, one of whom has been charged with murder. The sisters take time out from their predicament to sing and dance a few numbers. The sisters' real life was much more interesting than this movie.
