Stern stars as a failing college student out to get revenge on Hagman, a politically ambitious college president who sees to it that Stern's academic problems are dealt with as harshly as possible in this AIP comedy. Seeking a way to vent his anger, Stern falls in with Arkin, the leader of an underground group of Young-Republican types who are preparing for the "Ultimate Revolution" by letting leftist radicals wipe one another out, thereby paving the way for the ascendency of the New Right.
