Catch The Heat

Checkers Goldberg (Tiana Alexandra) works for the US Narcotics Bureau. Her boss, Waldo (David Dukes), sends her on assignment to Buenos Aires to infiltrate the operations of Jason Hannibal (Rod Steiger), a drug smuggler. He is surgically altering a number of women with small bosoms, stuffing their breasts with drugs. Once the women get to the US, the narcotics will be replaced with silicone. Goldberg is due for the implant operation, but she's been wearing tight bindings to conceal her large chest.
