Checkers Goldberg (Tiana Alexandra) works for the US Narcotics Bureau. Her boss, Waldo (David Dukes), sends her on assignment to Buenos Aires to infiltrate the operations of Jason Hannibal (Rod Steiger), a drug smuggler.
