Following in the wake of CASPER: A SPIRITED BEGINNING (1997), this second straight-to-video sequel to CASPER (1995) has a fine cast and some amusing gags, but the franchise is beginning to wear thin. Wendy (Hilary Duff) is a child witch who lives with her three playful aunts (Cathy Moriarty, Shelley Duvall, Teri Garr).
