Careless Lady

Vapid tale starring Bennett as an ugly duckling from the country who comes to New York and suddenly transforms herself into a radiant beauty through modeling high fashions. Now a looker and able to attract men, Bennett hits the city's night spots and meets rich charmer Boles in a speakeasy. The joint is busted, but all the customers get out of jail.
