When someone attempts to car-jack control freak CEO Holden Downs (Nick Mancuso) in a parking garage, he sees to it himself that justice is served. Unfortunately, by beating up the culprit, Joey Breed (Michael Mahonen), Holden inadvertently stiffens the criminal resolve of Robert (Andrew Divoff), Joey's brother and partner. While Holden's wife Faye (Lindsay Hoffman) is away, Holden hires his nephew Buddy (Seth Peterson), a mechanical genius, to make his luxury vehicle as impregnable as his mansion.
