This film stars Reed as a renegade generalissimo whose son is arrested by the US Drug Enforcement Agency for trafficking in controlled substances. The incensed Reed vows revenge on DEA chief Vaughn and sends terrorists to hijack a plane full of college coeds, including Vaughn's daughter (Rinna).
