Small-town drama starring Kibbee as an eccentric but pleasant town drunk who entertains children with outlandish tales of adventure. Robson plays a lonely spinster who forbids her young niece from spending any time with Kibbee. The girl disobeys and becomes one of the drunk's most avid listeners.
