This is the really awful follow-up by writer-director Phil Tucker to his classic ROBOT MONSTER, considered by many to be the absolute worst sci-fi film of all time. CAPE CANAVERAL MONSTERS details an evil alien plot to infiltrate and destroy the US space program by taking over the bodies of good Americans and turning them into mindless zombies. The "special effects" are actually NASA stock footage of missiles taking off and exploding. Good for some trivial laughs. leave a comment
