Helen Mirren and Julie Walters star in this utterly charming Brit-com about middle-aged housewives Chris and her best friend, the newly widowed Annie, who shake up the starchy Women's Institute club of small town Knapely, in rural Yorkshire, by suggesting a novel subject for the annual fundraising calendar. Nudes… and not just any nudes, but the ladies of the club coyly posed behind discreet floral arrangements and piles of sticky buns.
