CAGE is a crazy hybrid of many genres--part war movie, part martial arts film, part gang movie, part action-adventure entertainment, and even part domestic drama, and it fails on nearly all these levels. Scott (Reb Brown) owns a bar, and Billy (Lou Ferrigno), his Vietnam buddy who is mentally impaired from a head injury during the war, lives with him.
