Cafe De Paris

Interesting murder mystery from writer/director Mirande which works equally well as a chronicle of a Parisian cafe. A renowned newspaperman and blackmailer is murdered at his table and an array of suspects is rounded up. It is obvious, however, that none is guilty--not his wife, her lover, the arms trafficker, the creditor, or the playboy. They all have their motives, especially the playboy whose interest lies in the dead man's daughter.
