Gritty little programmer shot in a documentary style mostly on the streets of New York. Jagger stars as a US Customs agent who follows the bloody trail of jewel smugglers from Paris to the Big Apple. Carradine turns in a typically fine performance as a doctor who is the fall guy for the
smugglers. Fast-paced, visually interesting direction and a surprisingly good score by Kubik make this actioner worth a look.
