In this sequel to ON MOONLIGHT BAY, the pretty Day anxiously awaits the arrival of her longtime sweetheart MacRae, who has finished his stint in WW I. When he arrives, their marriage plans are delayed because MacRae insists on getting financially stable first. During this waiting period, a series of humorous misunderstandings builds up an unhealthy jealous state between the pair that, of course, is resolved at the film's conclusion.
