Ambiguous look at the taboo topic of two lesbian lovers desiring to adopt a child. Their attempt fails, which forces them into sexual relations with a man in order to become pregnant. Treatment shows little understanding of the plight of female homosexuals but is to be commended for not dwelling on why the women are attracted to each other. Capable performances fall flat due to stereotyped scripting. leave a comment
