Butcher Baker (Nightmare Maker)

This weird little movie concerns Billy (Jimmy McNichol), a 17-year-old boy who has been raised by his incredibly possessive aunt Cheryl (Susan Tyrrell) since the age of three, when his parents were killed in an auto wreck. Cheryl is a bit odd, as she has built a shrine to her dead lover in the basement--the centerpiece of which is his pickled head. With Billy nearing adulthood, Cheryl frets that he will desert her, she commits a series of murders designed to keep him from leaving.
