Set in Georgia in the late 1940s, BUSTER AND BILLIE features Vincent as Buster Lane, a smart and popular high school senior who's engaged to Martin, the prettiest girl in town. Goodfellow is Billie, the town tramp, who has had sex with half the men in town, not always willingly. A frustrated Vincent visits her one night and from that tryst a relationship grows between the two.
