More than a decade (and three sequels) after the smashing success of ROCKY, low-level producers are still pirating Sylvester Stallone's boxing-film formula. In this ragged, predictable variation, pug Coufos and his friend Shaw own a neighborhood gym that nasty real estate men want to close down.
