Burn 'Em Up O'Connor

This weird auto-racing film features Harry Carey as a slightly manic car manufacturer set on breaking speed records even if his drivers are killed in the process. Enter bumpkin Jerry O'Conner (Dennis O'Keefe), who wins a midget car race witnessed by P.G. Delano (Carey) and his daughter, Jane (Cecilia Parker). Delano signs the driver to a contract, Jane falls for her father's new sucker, and O'Conner, determined to succeed where other drivers have failed, stumbles across the real reason why so many have been killed driving Delano's cars.
