Here begins the string of Bulldog Drummond's ill-fated attempts to marry the lovely Phyllis. This time Phyllis (Campbell) fails to become Mrs. Bulldog when Drummond learns that a cross-dresser (Puglia) has absconded with the formula for a new explosive. As usual Scotland Yard's finest,
Colonel Nielson (deftly played by Barrymore), is also on the job. Directed by Louis King, this combines the standard Drummondesque heroics with some nice comic touches.
