Together Brothers: Review

When a well-liked police officer, Bernard, is murdered, the 15-year-old leader of a Galveston, Texas, gang made up of blacks and Chicanos gathers his buddies to track down the deranged killer. The only witness is the gang leader's 5-year-old brother, and while the killer tries to get him out of the way, the other boys are able to gain enough clues to see that the murderer is put behind bars.
