Two boobs go to jail in drag to locate a lottery ticket. As they have so many times before, Jackson (Pras Michel) and Rome (Michael Goorjian) have dug themselves into a deep financial hole. While they commiserate at a Los Angeles coffee shop, a TV lotto announcement trumpets $10,000,000 worth of good news for Rome. But the boys’ usual bad luck continues to dog them: Nearby gangstas Ramses (Glenn Plummer) and Jive (Bobby Brown) overhear the news and Miss Belinda (LisaRaye) robs the diner and snatches Rome’s winning ticket because she needs something to write on. The nab Miss Belinda and send her up the river, with Rome's ticket still in her possession. Desperate to retrieve their fortune, Rome and Jackson transform themselves into the purse-snatching Jackie and Romie, hoping to get arrested. Unfortunately, one of the old ladies they victimize dies and the cross-dressing duo get longer jail stretches than they'd anticipated. Once in the penitentiary, the amateur transvestites discover that Belinda is now known as Star, a vicious gang leader; she orders Jackie/Jackson to perform a hit to prove "her" worth. Rome/Romie, meanwhile, must fend off the advances of Warden Lessen (Ed Lauter). Jackie and Romie maintain their masquerade, but Ramses and Jive slip into the pen as guards. And though Star doesn’t know the value of the ticket, she's too paranoid to let anyone get close to her. Can Romie get his hands on the ticket with a horny warden, two fake corrections officers and rival prison gangs in his way? Although this isn’t the worst female-impersonation farce ever made, it's a long way from the manicured heights of SOME LIKE IT HOT (1959).
