Poor but happy couple MacDonald and Ayres lose their jobs entertaining in a small cafe after Ayres blows up at the manager. When Ayres wins a scholarship to study music in Europe, he tries to sell a song to revue producer Morgan in hopes of making enough money to bring wife MacDonald along with him.
