As in Ronald Colman's A DOUBLE LIFE, Loder, an actor in a horror play, assumes the identity of his stage character after suffering a concussion in a London air raid. He meanders into Victoria Station where he hears a casual comment by a stranger which happens to be an exact line from the play. This leads him to strangle victims who match characters in the play. Good shock effect is well sustained. leave a comment
